김완규 교수, 폐암 항암제 내성 치료제 발굴 논문 Molecular Cancer에 게재 (12/18)

이화시스템생물학연구소의 김완규 교수와 이해승 박사가 공동교신저자 및 공동제1저자로 참여한 국내 공동 연구진이 대규모 약물 유전체 정보 분석을 통해 폐암의 약물 내성에 효과적인 재창출 신약 (Drug Repositioning)을 발굴하였다.
이 연구는 과학기술정보통신부 포스트게놈 다부처유전체 사업의 일환으로 서울대학교 차혁진 교수팀이 공동으로 참여하여, 다수의 화학요법 (chemotherapy)에 대한 감수성이 떨어진 암세포주의 차세대염기서열분석법(NGS)기반 전사체 정보 분석을 통해 폐암의 약물 내성과 연관된 바이오마커를 규명하고 이를 표적하는 약물을 발굴하였다.
본 논문은 Molecular Cancer (Impact Factor = 7.776)에 2018년 12월 18일자 온라인에 게재 되었다.
